St. Croix Valley
Ski Club
The St. Croix Valley Ski Club is focused on providing fun outdoor experiences for 3-13 year olds on cross-country skis. The club focuses on developing skiing proficiency through play-based activities. Skiers are divided into groups based on skiing ability and can move into different groups as their abilities progress.
Schedule & Location:
Sundays January 7 - March 10, excluding February 25.
1 - 3pm (Age 6-13); 1 - 2pm (Age 3-5)
Meet at the trail center at William O'Brien State Park:
16821 O'Brien Trail N, Marine on St Croix, MN 55047
The club will meet in all weather conditions and will adjust activities accordingly.
Ski Swap Information
The club will host a ski swap to provide an opportunity for parents to buy and sell ski equipment on December 3rd. Equipment can be dropped off at the Trail Center of Marine O'Brien State Park from 12:00pm to 12:30pm. Selling will start at 12:30pm and go until 1:00pm.
Registration
Registration will remain open until December January 3. Each ski level has room for 20 skiers. Each ski group will have at least 2 adult coaches and will also be supported by Jr. Coaches from the HS Ponies Ski Team. Our Little Polar Bear skiers require a parent in boots on the snow with them each week
